"The Post Hotel Dining Room is one of 750 Restaurants in North America holding the Distinguished Restaurants of North America Award."

Dining

The Condé Nast Traveler's Gold List awarded the Post Hotel & Spa "Best Food in the Americas".

The Post Hotel offers renowned fine dining and an award winning wine cellar featuring 25,500 bottles and more than 2200 selections. The Post Hotel is a Four Diamond award winner and Dirona recipient (Distinguished Restaurants of North America). The Post Hotel also features the annual Wine Summit in Lake Louise, for a three day celebration of great wine and food.

Since 2002, Wine Spectator, the authoritative wine magazine of North America, has awarded the Post Hotel its highest honour - The "Grand Award". One of only four restaurants in Canada to achieve this recognition, which is regarded as the pinnacle of restaurant success worldwide.

Among a setting of character rich Canadian pine and close to the warm glow of the grand fieldstone fireplace, you will savour the exquisite talents of the Post's international cooking team, led by European-trained Executive Chef Hans Sauter.

Chef Sauter hails from Switzerland. Over the last three decades, fine restaurants worldwide have benefited from his exacting experience and direction. His illustrious international career includes stopovers in Switzerland, Japan, Hungary, Canada and the United States and this impressive and varied background is clearly evident in Chef Sauter's creative approach to his fresh market cuisine.
