Chef Hans Sauter and his culinary team will be offering a wide variety of homemade baked goods, salads, seafood, cured meats, pâtés, Chef's carving station with Alberta beef and fresh fish as well as an assortment of our Pastry Chef's delicious desserts.
Brunch is $89 per person. For kids above 7, brunch is $40. Kids under 6 eat for free.

Stübli means “cozy room” and this charming, intimate space lives up to that. Located next to The Dining Room, Fondue Stübli features traditional Swiss fondues including a classic cheese fondue, fondue “bourguignonne” and fondue “chinoise”.

Post Hotel's Dining Room is a fine dining experience with a casual elegant atmosphere. While many guests wear jackets it is discretionary. No athletic attire, T-shirts, shorts, flip flops or sandals will be allowed in the ding room.
Soak in the relaxed atmosphere by a crackling fire. This is a great spot to be après ski, après hike, before or after dinner. The Sir Norman Lounge offers a light menu, plus relaxed piano entertainment on weekend evenings.
